General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

However, we believe in fair business practices and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


Before Project Begins

If you cancel your project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment processing fees or non-refundable third-party charges.


After Project Has Started

Once project planning, research, design, development, consulting, or other work has commenced, refunds are generally not available.

If partial work has been completed, any refund will be calculated based on:

  • Work completed
  • Time invested
  • Resources used
  • Third-party expenses incurred

Website Design & Development

Refunds are not available after:

  • Project discovery has been completed
  • Wireframes or mockups have been delivered
  • Design approval has been received
  • Website development has started
  • Final files have been delivered
  • The website has been launched

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO, digital marketing, and advertising services involve time, expertise, and ongoing work.

Because rankings, traffic, and advertising performance cannot be guaranteed, payments for these services are non-refundable once work has started.


Branding & Graphic Design

Due to the creative nature of branding and design services, refunds cannot be issued after:

  • Initial concepts have been delivered
  • Revisions have begun
  • Final design files have been delivered

Monthly Service Plans

For recurring monthly services, including website maintenance, SEO, and digital marketing:

  • Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period after services have been delivered.
  • Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges only.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate project information
  • Required content and assets
  • Timely feedback and approvals

Project delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.


Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third parties are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration
  • Web hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Plugins
  • Software licenses
  • Stock images
  • Paid advertising budgets
  • API subscriptions

Revision Policy

Our goal is client satisfaction.

Most projects include a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.


Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of ongoing services.


Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Services that cannot be delivered due to our inability to perform
  • Other circumstances determined at our sole discretion
